It's been a while since I visited Sushi Sanshin! The interior exudes a refined warmth from the wood, and one of the highlights is being able to watch the skilled chefs at work right across the counter.Each piece of sushi showcased the quality of the ingredients, and the overall execution was impressive.What stood out the most were the perfectly grilled fish with a delightful aroma, the rich sea urchin, and the tender, flaky anago (grilled eel). The balance with the rice was excellent, making it enjoyable without losing interest until the very end.The side dishes were also crafted with care, presenting not only visual beauty but also a delicate flavor.The relaxed atmosphere made it a comfortable place to dine, and I would love to return when I want to savor a meal at a leisurely pace.
