I thought I would never encounter a truly moving dish in my life again, but this place exceeded my expectations with its incredible flavors. The tempura of matsutake mushrooms wrapped in sea bream is something I never thought I would get to try here. The fact that the paper used to drain the tempura doesn’t get oily is a testament to their skill. It was absolutely delicious!
