The combinations of ingredients, aromas, cooking techniques, and lingering flavors are all outstanding, consistently surpassing my expectations. It’s not just delicious; the dishes have stories and energy, making this French cuisine truly moving.Above all, I genuinely admire Chef Minemura’s passion.His enthusiasm for cooking, his approach to customers, and the warmth that envelops the entire space reflect his character.
