Every dish that arrives, along with the presentation that enhances it, is simply outstanding. This place not only delights the palate but also satisfies the senses and intellect. Each plate is filled with overwhelming dedication and a story behind it. When the chef carefully explains the background and intention of each dish, the contours of the food become clearer, and the depth of its deliciousness increases. The artistry of this "culinary experience" is truly remarkable.On this day, I was particularly moved by the "Shiitake Mushroom and Ainanme Soup." The moment I opened the lid, the aroma enveloped me, and the first sip of the broth was unforgettable. The umami of the soup, created from shiitake mushrooms and ainanme, left me speechless with its profound impact. I was simply overwhelmed by how such rich and beautiful flavors could be concentrated in such an incredibly pure simplicity.And during this course, I was completely captivated by the "Grilled Duck." The moment I took a bite, I was struck by a shock. Without a doubt, it is the best duck dish I have ever encountered, ranking at the top.Rather than using extravagant seasonings, the chef draws out the inherent beauty and potential of the ingredients through an extremely simple approach.
