I read through all the reviews before visiting this restaurant! This time, I ordered:Shrimp Tempura,Zaru Soba,Hand-Made Soba,Sesame Sauce Soba.First, the shrimp tempura.Delicious! It’s served with a dipping sauce, but honestly, I’d prefer it with salt. The flavor of the shrimp is rich, and it’s definitely to my liking.Next, the zaru soba.I placed a little wasabi on the soba and dipped it in the sauce. This was also fantastic. The salt wasabi is a must-try.Eating it with salt wasabi really enhances the aroma of the soba. And then, the dipping sauce. It has a strong umami and aroma.Even the sauce alone is quite tasty.Be careful not to over-dip!The hand-made soba has a robust flavor and aroma. With each bite, the soba's essence comes through, and with such a strong soba flavor, it pairs well with the richer dipping sauce. As for the sesame sauce soba, the sesame sauce itself is incredibly delicious. It’s among my top favorites for sesame sauce. However…When it comes to pairing with soba,I think I prefer the regular dipping sauce. As mentioned in other reviews, the portion of soba is indeed on the smaller side. You might find yourself thinking, "Wait, is that it?"But instead of serving everything at once, they time the next serving of soba to come out just as you finish the previous one.You can really feel the restaurant's commitment to serving it at its best. While the quantity may seem small, considering the taste, craftsmanship, and presentation, I find the price reasonable.I wouldn’t say it’s cheap, but I think it’s fair. This isn’t a place to gorge on soba, but rather a place to savor each piece of soba.I really like this kind of soba restaurant.I will definitely visit again. It was a great meal.
