I revisited my favorite Sumiyaki Kinryusan after three months!I had a blissful time with fellow meat lovers!We started with the premium salted tongue!The beautifully marbled thick-cut tongue, when grilled over charcoal, was crispy on the outside and astonishingly juicy on the inside!The perfect amount of salt enhanced the rich flavor of the meat to the fullest!The special liver was an overwhelming delicacy that showcased its freshness, and true to its glossy appearance, there was no trace of any unpleasant odor!Only the rich sweetness and deep umami spread across my palate, clearly demonstrating the difference in freshness!Next, the outside skirt was thick yet surprisingly tender, bursting with robust meat flavor with every bite!It paired excellently with the deep-flavored special sauce, making me want to devour more rice!The knuckle main muscle was packed with the charm of lean meat, and the delicate balance of fine meat texture and elegant fat was exquisite.
