I had my first experience with soft-shelled turtle cuisine in my life. I made a reservation over a month in advance and was looking forward to enjoying my first soft-shelled turtle dish at the historic Daiichi. My impression? It was absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere was wonderful, and I had a truly delightful time. I would love to come back again.
