In Nishikawa, there are several places that serve Gassan Soba, but I really wanted to come to Dewa Ya. This was my first visit. Since it was a weekday, I was able to easily get a seat right at opening time. I ordered the Gassan Soba (mushroom soba) and an assorted tempura platter. I was extremely satisfied!
