I made a reservation for lunchtime on a weekday and this was my second visit. The day before, I received a call informing me that I would be seated in a private room.This time, I chose the course that included the JPY 8800 shark fin soup and Peking duck.The drink menu was extensive. I quenched my thirst with Qingdao beer and enjoyed the assorted appetizers, which included honey-glazed roasted pork and crispy roasted pork—each dish was exquisite.The Hong Kong-style dim sum had a wonderfully chewy skin! The shrimp and chive dumplings were particularly outstanding. The baked shark fin soup was aromatic, bursting with umami. The Peking duck, of course, was the signature dish that needs no introduction. I found myself enjoying the Shaoxing wine more and more.And then… the final dish, chicken and edamame fried rice, was absolutely heavenly. The fragrance of myoga and shiso was wonderful, and the texture of all the ingredients was perfect. I was truly impressed by how delicious this fried rice was.Feeling that the portion was a bit small, I ordered the Fureika-style fried noodles with oyster sauce as an extra. This dish was also incredible.I am convinced that everything here is delicious. Even though I was full, I found myself wanting to order another plate of fried noodles.Before I knew it, I had made a reservation for next month right there on the spot. I left the restaurant completely satisfied, both in heart and stomach.
