This restaurant was opened by a former apprentice who trained at Furuta. However, it has become so popular that making a reservation is quite difficult; even if you manage to book a table, you might have to wait a year to dine here. While the dishes are similar to those at Furuta, I must say that I find this place to be even more delicious.
