I absolutely love this restaurant. I visit a few times a year! As always, I opted for the non-alcoholic pairing this time as well. Every time, I am amazed by how incredible the food and non-alcoholic pairings are. The menu, featuring my favorite summer vegetables, was exquisitely crafted, and everything was delicious. The round eggplant cake was a first for me, and I was truly blown away by how good it was. The initial dish, the steamed bitter melon rice, had no bitterness at all and was incredibly tasty. I wonder if I’ll be able to come back next year... It was a great meal!
