Two people (T)I was brought to my usual spot, "Jinsei," by a customer.As I passed through the noren (curtain), I was greeted by the familiar warm smile of the chef, which never changes. No matter how many times I visit, this warmth is what truly defines Jinsei.As for the food, the fish selected by the chef is as delicious as ever. Having been a regular, I can appreciate the consistent quality of his work, which impresses me every time.The firmness of the sushi rice is still perfect, and the harmony with the toppings never gets old, no matter how many times I eat it. I once again realized that encountering this familiar taste is the main reason I keep coming back.I am grateful to the customer who always brings me here and to the chef for his unwavering hospitality.
