I revisited Ten Zushi in Kokura after about 10 years.This restaurant has a unique style of hospitality, offering no drink menu and serving tea instead. I was impressed by their thoughtful service, providing both iced and hot green tea at the perfect temperature.The head chef is very friendly, and his attention to each customer creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the restaurant. Even first-time visitors can naturally relax and enjoy their meals.Each piece of sushi reflects meticulous craftsmanship and is, of course, exquisite. Among them, the sea urchin stood out with its rich sweetness and melt-in-your-mouth texture, bringing a smile to my face with just one bite.Known as a popular restaurant where reservations are hard to come by, I truly understood why during this visit. The high satisfaction level encompasses not only the food but also the hospitality and comfort of the place. I definitely want to create another opportunity to return.
