This restaurant has consistently earned two Michelin stars.The interior is a calm and comfortable space, filled with sunlight streaming through large windows.Each dish was vibrant and beautifully presented. It felt like there was a color theme for each plate, making me excited to see what color would come next. The use of herbs added delightful aromas and flavors to the experience.The main dishes, the sweet sea bream and pigeon, were exceptional. The sea bream had a perfectly crispy skin and paired wonderfully with the sauce. The pigeon was cooked to perfection, juicy, and rich in flavor.I was thoroughly satisfied with the artistic and delicious dishes, even the desserts.
