I celebrated my mother's birthday with Spanish cuisine. I've been to the Kōjin Building many times, but this was my first time dining here! The dishes are inspired by the Basque region in northern Spain. From the appetizers, everything was delicious—just as expected! Each dish was elegantly portioned and easy to eat, though it might be a bit light for men. The scallop appetizer, smoked whipped butter, eel, and beef were particularly tasty! For a lunch course in Ginza, the quality at this price is excellent! The drinks also had a variety of soft drinks, all of which were delicious. They served the wine, Txakoli, in a traditional way, making me want to visit the Basque Country again! I will definitely come back!
