This was my first visit to Sangu Bashi Asaya.It's a unique restaurant where eel takes center stage in innovative dishes.The appetizers, including tempura and sashimi, were incredibly delicious.We finished off with grilled eel and unaju (eel rice).The sweet water yokan (jelly) was also absolutely delightful!It was the best eel experience ever.
