I absolutely love this yakitori restaurant.The outside is crispy while the inside is juicy, and I really enjoy this texture!The white liver from Kousaka chicken was simply exquisite!As for the skewers, I particularly liked the thigh meat from Takahara Hinai and the furisode (a type of chicken cut).
