Recently, my wife took me to Goichi for a birthday dinner.On that day, just as we arrived, a sudden downpour hit, and even with an umbrella, we got soaked. Upon entering the restaurant, the staff kindly offered us towels and wet towels, which was greatly appreciated. Such thoughtful gestures truly make a difference. Even before enjoying the meal, I felt comforted by their warm hospitality.We enjoyed a course meal centered around yakitori, and the all-you-can-drink option was a delightful bonus, allowing us to savor both the food and drinks. Since it was a birthday dinner, we took our time to enjoy the meal while sipping drinks.Each skewer of yakitori was grilled with care, achieving the perfect doneness. The outside was crispy, while the inside remained tender and juicy, releasing the rich flavors of the chicken with every bite. Each part had its own unique texture and taste, making it exciting to anticipate what would come next.The course also included dishes beyond yakitori, allowing us to enjoy a variety of flavors rather than just focusing on the skewers. Thanks to the all-you-can-drink option, we could enjoy our drinks without hesitation, and before we knew it, our conversation flowed easily.I approached this birthday dinner with a special feeling, and I was able to have a wonderful time, thanks to the delicious food, drinks, and the staff's attentiveness upon arrival.Although it was my wife who brought me here for my birthday, it turned into a lovely memory.
