During lunch in Tsukiji, I thought I might not have the chance to visit this famous place, but unexpectedly, I ended up going.By the way, the restaurant has relocated to Hachioji since July.I opted for the omakase, which included 13 pieces of sushi along with tamago and miso soup.My first impression was that the sushi was excellent. The balance of the vinegared rice was just right, and it had a gentle texture... definitely a hit! ☆☆☆When the vinegared rice is delicious, everything else tastes great throughout the meal.I usually find strongly flavored vinegared rice a bit hard to get used to, but here, I felt completely at ease until the end. Now, I’m curious about the side dishes that pair well with sake, so I plan to visit again soon in the evening. It was a great meal! The sushi included: Sea Bream, Cuttlefish, Sweetfish, Shima Ebi, Spring Child, Marinated Fish, Chutoro, Horse Mackerel, Cherry Salmon, Bonito, Kuruma Ebi, Purple Sea Urchin, Anago, Tamago, and Miso Soup.
