I've visited several times.Without a doubt, this is the pinnacle of yakitori.I was previously impressed by Torishiki, but this place has left me even more moved, leading me to return multiple times.It completely changes your perception of yakitori.The juicy chicken that bursts with flavor here is something I believe can only be found in this restaurant.The course includes 10 skewers, and the side dishes served in between are more delicious than those at top-tier kaiseki restaurants.After finishing the skewers, you can order additional ones.While these cuts are not included in the course, you can choose your favorites.The bonjiri (chicken tail) and skin are exceptional.For the final touch, you can enjoy dishes like oyakodon (chicken and egg rice bowl) or Chinese noodles, all of which are exquisite.The oyakodon might just be the best in Japan.For wine lovers, you can select from their cellar.
