Hayato is my favorite Chinese restaurant. I had never tried cold Chinese noodles before, so this was my long-awaited first experience. Their specialty, the pitch-black dish, is rich and cooked over high heat, and it goes without saying that it’s delicious. Since my last visit, I’ve been ordering the non-alcoholic pairing, which has been quite enjoyable, allowing even those who don’t drink much to experience the joy of pairing. I highly recommend it. This time, the course was even more luxurious and delicious, featuring abalone, truffles, and lobster. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
