I regularly visit Quintessence, and while photography is not allowed in the dining area except for private rooms, the taste speaks for itself—it's always delicious. The signature goat cheese bavarois and meringue ice cream are both outstanding. In June, the soup was still warm, which was perfect for this chilly rainy season. For the main course, we had Kinmedai (red snapper) and beef stew. Personally, I find the fish at Quintessence to be exceptionally good. I wasn't too impressed with the beef in the past (sorry!), but this time it was incredibly tasty. I will definitely be back!
