It had been about 3 months since my last visit. I always forget the right amount to order, so this time I took notes (laughs). For 4 people, we ordered 4 servings of tongue, 2 servings of medium tongue, 3 assorted salt loin, 2 servings of kalbi, along with large rice and half a yukhoe for each person. We also had an assorted kimchi platter, which was just right. If anyone has recommendations for menu combinations, I would love to hear them!
