This course focuses on how to enjoy beef from the breeding of cows, particularly from cows that have already given birth. Due to the nature of the cows, the fat is light, and although it’s a meat lover’s feast, the aftertaste is refreshing, leaving no feeling of heaviness. The four-hour course flew by in no time.It was a great meal!~
