After a year and a half of planning to visit with a tempura restaurant in Tatebayashi, I finally made it here.I entered right when they opened, and both the owner and the staff made a great impression on me.The overall experience was filled with the aroma of soy sauce, and the sushi had a hint of red vinegar as well. The seasoning was on the stronger side, but the ingredients were kept simple, creating a nice balance.I think it's a nice change of pace.It was a great meal!
