@ Don Bravo August 6, 2026 Chofu City, Tokyo / Kokuryo Station The restaurant has a unique name, which comes from the affectionate nickname of the owner’s father, known as "The Don of Kokuryo," who ran an okonomiyaki restaurant in the same location for many years. This name reflects a respect for him and a desire to provide customers with a wonderful dining experience that makes them exclaim "Bravo!" while enjoying delicious food and wine. As an Italian restaurant, one of its distinctive features is the inclusion of their signature pizza at the end of the course. I was truly amazed by the innovative combinations of ingredients and the deliciousness of the sauces. On this occasion, I requested an "alcohol pairing," which started with a beer aged in wine barrels, followed by a variety of different drinks. The staff provided detailed explanations about the dishes and the accompanying drinks, leaving a very positive impression. The high ratings are well-deserved, and I would love to visit this wonderful restaurant again. It was a great meal! ♪(^^)
