I had a celebratory lunch at the famous Restaurant Moliere in Sapporo, a place I had wanted to visit for a long time. I enjoyed the JPY 14,800 lunch course.Each dish was incredibly delicious and creatively crafted. The first course, a chilled tomato soup, was served like a brandy on the rocks, and as I sipped it, the flavors gradually became smoother. The salad, featuring 24 types of vegetables with 5 different sauces, offered a delightful mix of flavors. The white asparagus, which had just come into season, was delicious both boiled and grilled. For the main course, I had the Tokachi Saiboku beef grilled over charcoal, recommended at medium rare, which was cooked to perfection and absolutely stunning in flavor.I had a wonderful time at this amazing restaurant.
