I finally had the long-awaited first visit to the renowned restaurant "Jidoriya Onza" in Shiga!This time, I enjoyed a sukiyaki course, and it was a continuous series of delightful surprises from start to finish.The course began with an appetizer plate, followed by a gentle-flavored soup, incredibly fresh sashimi, three types of savory grilled skewers, and then the main event: the male and female hot pots.Each dish was of exceptionally high quality, and the overwhelming volume was so satisfying that I couldn't finish it all in two hours!I paired my meal with Japanese sake and wine. Personally, I recommend a crisp Japanese sake to complement the delicate flavors of the appetizers, while a rich red wine pairs perfectly with the umami-packed sukiyaki.I thoroughly enjoyed the deliciousness of the jidori chicken, right down to the finishing touch of egg over rice.I strongly recommend going with a hearty appetite! Thank you for a wonderful experience. I will definitely return.
