I visited Restaurant Honjin in Ichinomiya for the first time, thanks to an invitation from a regular customer. I had the lunch course, which included delicious dishes like squid, eel, sea bream, and pigeon. I enjoyed some amazing wines by the glass, including champagne, Meursault, and Marsannay. Both the chef and the staff provided excellent service and were truly wonderful people.
