【Location】About a 2-minute walk from A1 exit of Kiyosumishirakawa Station on the Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line.【Visit Date】Saturday around 16:30.【Crowd Level】Of course, it was fully booked.【Order Details】◯ Salted Tongue (JPY 3,800) ◯ Medium Salted Tongue (JPY 2,800) ◯ Outside Skirt (I forgot the price...) ◯ Yukhoe (JPY 2,000) ◯ Assorted Platter (JPY 1,600) ◯ Egg Soup (JPY 600) ◯ A lot of drinks 【Impressions】As mentioned above, after making hundreds of calls, I finally got through and made a reservation. In conclusion, I’m not sure if the effort was worth it. (The food was definitely delicious, though.)The salted tongue was ordered at "1 to 1.5 servings per person," and I also ordered an additional serving of medium salted tongue. Although the outside skirt wasn’t on the menu, I asked if I could order it, and they kindly said, "No problem!" Thank you!Indeed, the salted tongue was different in texture and flavor from what I had eaten before, but I did wonder if it was "the best in Japan."To be honest, I would have been happy if they had cold noodles as a closing dish.Thank you for the wonderful meal today!
