The other day, I had a dinner course at "Chinese Hanten Fureika," a Michelin one-star restaurant in Azabu-Juban. Everything was truly delicious, but it felt a bit too refined, leaving me wanting a little more. The Peking Duck (the first dish) is their specialty, and I strongly decided that next time, I will order three pieces! Haha.
