The sharpness of the soy sauce combined with the depth of the broth creates a complex explosion of flavors in my mouth, enhanced by the essence of the ingredients.As I lifted the noodles, an appetizing aroma filled the air. They were slightly soft.The chashu was delicious, resembling a slice of ham, and there was only one piece. The wontons were exceptional.
