I finally had the chance to visit "Stamina En." After waiting in line for 2 hours, I stepped into a restaurant that felt like a time capsule from the Showa era, surrounded by clouds of smoke while enjoying an array of exquisite dishes. The side menu included grilled tail, boiled tongue, simmered Japanese radish with beef tendon, a salt and miso stew, simmered eggplant, and kombu kelp-marinated gizzard, among others. For grilling, I savored the Chateaubriand, strip loin, ribeye, tongue, outside skirt, liver, and the finest horumon, experiencing some of the best flavors of my life. Every dish was meticulously prepared, and I can only express my gratitude to this wonderful restaurant!
