I visited Shimazu with my friends who are food enthusiasts in early summer. The sushi crafted by the young chef, who trained at a renowned restaurant before opening his own, reflects his humble and sincere attitude. I personally enjoyed the firmness of the vinegared rice, which paired beautifully with the carefully selected ingredients, making it a delicious experience! ^^
