It was classic Japanese cuisine. The location is just a short walk from Ningyocho Station, situated on the basement level at the very back of a row of shops. The dishes highlighted the natural flavors of the ingredients, prepared with a pleasant cooking technique that maximized their deliciousness. While there wasn't a sense of special occasion, each dish was truly remarkable.
