This is undoubtedly the best restaurant in Saga Prefecture according to Tabelog. It's located in Imari, which is quite difficult to reach from Tokyo. The dishes feature an abundance of unique meats and vegetables that you can only find here. I truly admire their dedication to raising their own cattle. Since there were only a few of us this time, we finished our meal in about three and a half hours.
