This restaurant transcends the concept of yakitori. I happened to find a brief opening for a reservation on Tabelog and was able to go. It truly lived up to its reputation as the best in Fukuoka and Kyushu. Additionally, there was an impressive selection of wines filling the cellar, and I heard that the owner has a collection at home that is many times larger. My client who joined me was also extremely satisfied.
