I had my first visit to the renowned Sushi Namba, and I was fortunate to be invited to a precious seat. What sets this sushi apart is its meticulous temperature control. Each component, from the rice to the fish, is adjusted to a precise temperature, changing by 1°C. The menu for the day lists the fish and its corresponding temperature, allowing you to enjoy the sushi with all your senses. The appetizers were delightful, but the most memorable dish of the day was the simmered swordfish. While one usually thinks of swordfish as being grilled with salt, the gently simmered version was a delightful surprise. As for the nigiri, the sea urchin I added at the end was stunningly large and brought me immense joy. Other offerings included flat clam, kasugo, horse mackerel, sardine, sweet shrimp, and clam... The chef mentioned whether the meal would leave you feeling happy afterward, and indeed, it was a truly happy experience.I usually don’t request extra servings, but despite the generous portions of both fish and rice, I found myself finishing everything. When I asked for a tuna maki to take home, they generously wrapped it with exceptionally high-quality tuna, which was truly impressive.I had a wonderful time here. Thank you very much.
