Not to my taste. If everyone really thinks this is delicious, then I must have a terrible sense of taste.I came in with high hopes for the offal, but it was just average, honestly. The outside skirt and tongue are also considered offal, but I didn’t have high expectations for those, so they were fine. However, the other offal cuts were small and lacked flavor, making them taste bland despite being less gamey. Moreover, every dish lacked saltiness! There was no umami! Is the seasoning for the stews even right?I don’t eat yakiniku often, but if this meal for two costs 30,000 yen, that’s way too expensive, and I really don’t get it!!The restaurant wasn’t even full, and there was no line after opening.Has the quality dropped? I’m not sure, but it definitely doesn’t have the taste, price, or service that warrants waiting in line. Out of QSCPA, only C seems decent; I thought C was doing a good job.The presentation lacked any special touch, and the beer was bad. What is going on...I understand that regulars might get different cuts, but saying that even the Prime Minister can’t get a reservation is a lie. It’s clear that they can’t serve different meat without a reservation.I’m really disappointed. It’s their choice to change their methods or policies, but saying they don’t accept reservations is an exaggeration.Well, customers are honest, after all.The crowd in the restaurant speaks volumes.Oh, and the take-out Lu Rou Fan had no flavor either, haha.
