I was invited by an acquaintance to visit this reservation-only restaurant. From the very beginning, we were served crab and sea urchin, so I gave up on taking notes (laughs). Delicious ingredients paired with exquisite drinks. I truly felt the excellence of this hard-to-book restaurant. The homemade karasumi (salted mullet roe) was incredibly tasty. ✨ I had a wonderful time!
