It may not be domestic, but it has a lot of fat, which enhances its flavor, and the mysterious seasoning pairs well with it. The mino and outside skirt were also tasty.As for the marinated loin, kalbi, and Carlos, while the fat content is good, the flavor is just average. I think it's meat you could find at a decent restaurant.However, the yukhoe is delicious. With its rich fat content, it's definitely tasty and pairs well with rice.
