You can feel the elegant atmosphere of a high-end restaurant right from the entrance, with eight counter seats. The chef seemed a bit shy, as there was no greeting at the start, and the meal began somewhat informally. I was extremely satisfied with the meticulous preparation and the techniques that brought out the best in the ingredients. I enjoyed a selection of sake primarily from Akita Prefecture, but I wished there had been a bit more quantity. I definitely want to return to Akita, and I will surely visit again. I also had some great encounters during my time there, making it a truly enjoyable experience. It was a great meal! ♪
