This month, I visited Torisho Ishii in Azabu-Juban again.The refined atmosphere here always envelops me in a special sense of anticipation, no matter how many times I come.Once again, tonight's course exceeded my expectations.Starting with the refreshing presentation of "Steamed Chicken with Junsai," the first dish was "Chicken Thigh with Wasabi." The moment I took a bite, I was greeted by an explosion of juicy meat juices, instantly drawing me into its world.The mid-course "Chicken Mini Burger" featured a perfect balance of zucchini accents and the refreshing Salsa Verde sauce, showcasing both playfulness and sophistication. The vegetable skewers, including "White Asparagus" and "Miyazaki Sadogawa Eggplant," were cooked to perfection, maximizing the natural flavors of the ingredients.Tonight, there was also a rush of additional skewers.From robust cuts like "Furisode" and "Soriresu" to the rich and bursting "Chouchin," the perfect cooking technique captured the savory essence of the chicken, showcasing unparalleled craftsmanship.To finish, we enjoyed "Corn and Jidori Chicken Takikomi Gohan" and "Shoyu Ramen." The rice was infused with the seasonal sweetness, while the ramen was soaked in the rich flavor of chicken. Even the dessert, "Lychee Granita," was a flawless finale without a single flaw.The delightful aroma, carefully selected ingredients, and surprising elements in each skewer create a fulfilling experience. This place continues to be a remarkable establishment where one can savor the pinnacle of exquisite yakitori.It's not just the food that is wonderful. The staff's swift movements and attentive service elevate this culinary experience even further.
