We had a private reservation and chose the omakase course. The atmosphere of the restaurant, the service, and the personality of the chef were all wonderful, and everything was incredibly delicious.Personally, the first piece of nigiri, kohada, was perfectly balanced with the vinegar and rice.My favorite was the simmered anago nigiri. The tender anago with sweet sauce and melt-in-your-mouth rice was pure bliss.I also tried the kuruma ebi nigiri for the first time. The plump shrimp served with shrimp miso was an unforgettable experience.Overall, everything we had was delicious. The timing of the dishes and the unpretentious nature of the chef made this a fantastic restaurant. I would love to visit again if I have the chance.
