Premium Tongue, Special Outside Skirt, Top Blade, Tri-Tip, Premium Mountain Chain Tripe, Premium Loin, Oi Kimchi, Namul, Beef Offal Stew, and Eggplant!The quality of the meat is simply outstanding.The Outside Skirt, Top Blade, and Tri-Tip have a texture that makes you wonder how meat can be this tender, making it impossible to stop eating rice.Meanwhile, the tongue has a satisfying chewiness, and each type of meat is served in its best condition.And the incredible flavors extend beyond just the meat.You absolutely must try the Offal Stew and Eggplant.Really!I could see myself coming here just for those dishes.According to regulars, they usually start lining up around 3 PM to get in for the 6 PM seating, but perhaps due to the rain that day, there was miraculously no line, and I was able to get in with just a short wait.It might be a good idea to aim for rainy days.It was incredibly delicious!It was a great meal!
