This time, the tickets were distributed starting at 10:20, and I was the 7th in line. I reserved a slot for 12:10 and returned 5 minutes early. The meal was served almost on time. There was an instruction manual on how to eat, which I followed. The aroma was appetizing, and as soon as I took a sip of the soup, the umami burst in my mouth. Dipping the keema in the curry with rice was fantastic. Towards the end, I added the remaining rice and onion pickles, crushed a soft-boiled egg, and sprinkled in some Magic Spice. This created a creamy, delicious curry experience. It was a great meal!
