I finally visited Yakiniku Seiryuuen again after a long time. I hadn’t been able to come due to timing issues, so I’m really happy to be here! The salt platter featuring tongue, mountain chain tripe, and my first taste of salted outside skirt was absolutely exquisite—it's a quality you rarely find elsewhere. For the sauce platter, I was thrilled to enjoy different cuts of Kobe beef, Matsusaka beef, Maesawa beef, Omi beef, and Yonezawa beef! It was truly moving. It was a luxurious night.
