Due to the heat, I took a taxi from Ginza Station, which is just a meter away. As I approached the entrance, the door opened at the perfect moment, and the doorman welcomed me. I waited comfortably on a cool sofa until it was time to go up to the dining floor via the elevator.Every dish was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The cooking was perfectly executed! This ranks among the top French meals I've ever had!The finishing touches on the dishes were done at the table by the staff. There were so many desserts that I had to adjust my appetite by eating less bread.If you want to enjoy a variety of desserts from the dessert cart at the end, you really have to pace yourself. The chocolate, in particular, was outstanding.The staff were all friendly and approachable, which was great. It seems the menu changes every two months, so I definitely want to visit again.
