【Unagi Uomasa】I finally visited Unagi Uomasa in Yotsugi, which I had been curious about for a long time.The course menu allows you to enjoy eel in various forms, including grilled liver, grilled eel belly, and crispy eel bones. Each dish reflects meticulous preparation, but the grilled eel belly was particularly impressive. It allows you to savor the natural flavors and sweetness of the eel without relying on excessive seasoning.What truly took my breath away was the bento box.The moment I opened the lid, a delightful aroma filled the air. The surface was crispy and fragrant, while the inside was surprisingly fluffy. The sauce, perfectly balanced—not too sweet or too rich—melded beautifully with the rice, and before I knew it, I was completely engrossed in my meal.Having visited many eel restaurants, I can confidently say that this bento box is among the best. The quality of the eel, the grilling technique, the sauce, and the rice all harmonize wonderfully.This is a must-visit restaurant for any eel lover.It was a great meal.
