The deep, rich flavor of the broth combined with the aromatic tare (seasoning) and the smooth, straight medium-thin noodles create a truly exquisite dish!Perhaps it's the hot season or just because it's been a while, but the soup felt a bit lighter this time. Maybe it's because the chashu has turned pink! Haha.But anyway, it was absolutely delicious!It was a great meal!♪
